Contact by phone or email
If you contact us by telephone or email, the personal data transmitted (name, email address, telephone number, message content) will be used exclusively to process your request and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) of the GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as your request has been fully processed and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
Webhosting (ALL-INKL)
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, server log files are automatically created, which may contain the following data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of access. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in the secure operation of the website). The data is usually automatically deleted after two weeks. Google reCAPTCHA
We use Google reCAPTCHA (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to detect and prevent automated access to our website.
In its decision W298 2274626-1/8E of 13.09.2024, the Austrian Federal Administrative Court ruled that the use of Google reCAPTCHA not technically necessary is and therefore one previous consent requirement. From 2 April 2026, Google will process reCAPTCHA data as a processor subject to instructions. Data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, thereby strengthening the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest for bot defense).

Data Transfers to Third Countries
Some of the services we use (in particular Google services, Jetpack/Automattic) have server locations in the USA. For these transfers, we rely on standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission pursuant to Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c GDPR as well as — where available — existing adequacy decisions. The services are only used to the extent that you have given your consent.
Retention Period
Personal data is stored only for as long as is necessary for the respective processing purpose. Statutory retention periods (e.g. 7 years for accounting records under Austrian tax law) remain unaffected.
