BEEP Mobility is a dynamic company with years of experience in the rail industry and mechanical engineering. We carry out projects in the field of interior trim components for rail vehicles and in mechanical engineering. Our services range from development through manufacturing and assembly of complete systems to the associated logistics solutions.
Ceiling systems
The integrated air ducts and lighting systems make our ceiling systems to a Plug-&-Play-system.
The basic structure and visible elements consist mainly of thin aluminum or sandwich panels.
The air duct is manufactured from a variety of lightweight materials according to the customer’s specifications. This combination allows us to deliver ceiling systems with optimized weight while meeting the required fire safety standards in accordance with EN 45545. Ready-wired lighting systems and other electronic components such as speakers, cameras and screens are fully integrated.
Simple yet secure mounting systems enable quick installation at the customer's site as well as efficient maintenance of the underlying components.
Luggage racks
Our luggage racks are manufactured in a wide variety of designs, materials and surfaces.
Integrated lights, reading lights and coat hooks increase the comfort for passengers.
Accompanying FE-calculation allow us to design the luggage racks in a weight-optimized manner.
Grab bars in stainless steel or coated materials match the design of the luggage racks.
Partition walls
The driver partition walls are made of glass and7or aluminium/HPL sandwich constructions.
They are equipped with manual and automatic door systems inclusive emergency opening systems.
The partition walls in the passenger compartment can also be individually designed. Additional add-on parts for various equipment can be integrated customer-specifically.
Maintenance & Servicing
We carry out for our customers various types of refurbishment and maintenance projects of railway vehicles. Delivering of individual spare parts according to customer drawings or with the use of reverse engineering.
On request we also re-design the product for optimization.
We are also happy to take care of the removal and installation of old or new components by our well-qualified staff.
Applying foils or floors are also part of our services.
Our mobile welding equipment allows us to do repair-welding acc. to the EN 15085 at customer site.
Mechanical components
We develop and produce all kinds of mechanical parts. These are set and measured in-house, to ensure high quality.
Weight-optimised and/or space-saving developments of the components are part of our design process.
Easy-to-use devices guarantee repeatability and time savings in the customer's manufacturing process.
Accessories & Spare parts
Our product portfolio includes a wide range of accessories such as waste bins, safety nets and magazine holders.
Our engineering team looks forward to every new challenge to implement it and to make it visually sophisticated. There are now limits to your imagination, including the necessary content.
We are able to obtain almost any spare part for our customers. 3D-printed parts are not only used in our products but can also be delivered as individual parts in small and large quantities.
Bonding components
With our qualified staff, we produce a wide variety of adhesive components. These meet the quality standard according EN 17460 and ISO 21368 of highest safety levels.
Our trained bonding staff will be happy to take over the bonding technical design for a production-only company, including calculation and verification with all the necessary process documentation.
Led Tubes
We represent Train Tube LED in the LED tube sector. These products are certified in accordance with the relevant standards of the rail vehicle market.
Fluorescent tubes are banned since 2023!
Let our experts advise you and replace your fluorescent tubes with LED tubes. These have longer life-time and help to save energy costs.
